Guillemot x Keller - Dessus les Gollardes 2023 (KPK Burgundy)

In 2023, the Guillemot family teamed up with the Keller family in Germany to age a portion of the Dessus les Gollardes parcel in a Riesling barrel, naming it Guillemot-Keller Cuvée. Only 600 bottles were produced. A true gem for Keller lovers. • Cold macération for up to two days • Fermentation in tonneau • Stirring of lees once a week • Wine is aged for 15 months in 600-L demi-muid barrels, without any new oak • Wine is aged in barrel for twelve months, 20% of new oak • Not filtered • Wine is aged in bottle for 6 months before release
